Sharing

Sharing follows what an order needs: hosting and network providers, the payment processor, the courier, and whoever provides customer support tools. Beyond that, only where the law requires it. Nothing is sold and nothing goes to advertisers.

Cookies

Cookies here exist to keep a cart and a checkout working. No analytics suite and no advertising pixel is loaded by us, although our hosting and content-delivery providers set technical cookies of their own for security and performance. Should that change, this policy is updated.

What we do not ask for

We do not dispense prescriptions, so we do not hold an optical prescription, an eye test result or any other health record.

How long we keep it

Retention is tied to purpose: completing the order, handling returns and refunds, meeting accounting requirements, and any applicable legal obligation. There is no marketing list you did not join.

Your rights and how to raise a complaint

Write to us to see what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted where no legal duty requires us to keep it. Consent, where it is the basis for processing, can be withdrawn at any time. Our handling of personal data is subject to Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000).
