Cancelling an order
No fee either way — the only question is whether the parcel has left.
At a glance
The window
Orders can be cancelled free of charge at any point before dispatch. Handling takes 1-2 business days, so there is usually a window. Email [email protected] with your Order ID and we confirm in writing.
A cancellation that lands after dispatch is really a return. Turn the courier away, or take delivery and start the return process.
What a cancellation costs us
A strap that has not left the shelf is the simplest cancellation there is. The one thing we cannot reverse is a strap that has already been fitted after delivery, which is a return matter and rarely accepted.
When the money returns
Where money was taken, it returns within 5-7 business days by the route it came in. A cancelled COD order involves no refund at all.
From our side
A cancellation from us always comes with a reason: unavailable stock, an unserviceable address, or a pricing error. The refund is complete and issued within 5-7 business days, and you hear from us before it happens.
