Payment
Paying for your order
UPI or cash on delivery. Nothing else, and nothing stored.
Accepted payment methods
How payment works
We accept UPI and Cash on Delivery. We do not accept credit or debit cards, and no card details are taken or stored on this site.
The delivery line is simple: nothing over ₹999, a flat ₹49 below it, always shown before you commit.
Paying for this kind of order
These are low-value orders as a rule, so most sit under the free delivery threshold. The flat charge is shown at checkout, and Cash on Delivery is available where the PIN code supports it.
GST and your invoice
A note on tax, because customers ask. Kavora Parade is not registered for GST; the business trades below the applicable GST registration threshold. That means two things in practice: GST is not charged separately on your order, and we cannot issue a GST tax invoice bearing a GSTIN. An order invoice is included with the parcel, and it is not a GST tax invoice. The product page price is the price of the goods; delivery, where it applies, is shown before checkout completes.
Failed and duplicate payments
Send the UPI transaction reference for any debit that did not produce an order and we will follow it up. A duplicated payment is returned within 7 business days after confirmation.
