Trading identity

The seller behind this site is Kavora Parade, at Ritu Raj Complex, Indra Pratima Square, 7, AB Rd, near Bengali school, opposite ZOO, CPWD Colony, Navlakha, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452001, India. There is no third party in the contract. We are an online-only retailer and do not operate a customer-facing showroom. The address below is our business and order fulfilment address.

How an order is formed

The contract forms at the moment we email your order confirmation. Pricing is in INR and covers the product only. Delivery, where it applies, is displayed prior to completing the order.

Where a listing carries an obvious mistake, the order may be cancelled and refunded in full within 5-7 business days. That is preferable to shipping something the page described incorrectly.

What the listings mean

We publish supplier specifications unchanged. We are glad to compare a listing against your requirement, but a guarantee that something will fit or perform in your situation is beyond what a retailer can give.

There is no shop warranty on top of the product. Any warranty printed on a product page stands by itself.

Reading a specification

A lug width in millimetres is a measurement, not a compatibility promise. We publish the figure the supplier gives and cannot confirm that a strap will suit a watch we have not seen.

What we ask of you

Your side of it: address and phone number correct, parcel inspected when it arrives. Our text and images are not for reuse, and our goods are not to be resold as another brand’s.

Where liability sits

Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law. Where permitted by law, our liability for a product-related claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected product.

Governing law

This agreement runs under Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP 2023). Subject to mandatory consumer rights and jurisdiction rules that apply, courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh will hear any dispute.
